What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, selected role, experience range, signup source, consent, and registration date. A private withdrawal token is generated; its hash is stored. We do not request your résumé, payment information, or job-platform password.
Why we collect it
We use waitlist information to understand interest, shape the product, and contact you about meaningful TechRasta launch updates you have requested. Registration does not create a live job-search account or guarantee employment.
Measurement
We record aggregate counts of page actions and pricing preferences without attaching your email to them. A short-lived hash of network information is used to limit abuse; raw IP addresses are not saved in our application database. Hosting providers may separately process technical access logs.
Optional Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies. It measures visits and interactions; email addresses and form answers are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics. You can change your preference from the footer. Declining does not prevent waitlist registration.
Storage and sharing
The frontend is hosted on Vercel. Waitlist records and aggregate activity counts are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), accessed through our server on Vercel. We use Resend to send your waitlist confirmation and requested launch emails, sharing your email address and a private withdrawal link with that provider. Optional analytics is processed by Google. We do not sell waitlist details or share them with recruiters. Providers may process data outside India.
Control and retention
After signup, keep the private withdrawal link displayed on the confirmation. It lets you remove your waitlist record and withdraw permission for future updates. Do not share the link. We retain waitlist records for this pre-launch research and launch communication; we will review them within 12 months and remove records no longer needed. Deleted records may remain temporarily in provider backups.
Audience and changes
The waitlist is intended for adults aged 18 or above. If the product launches or our data practices change, this notice will be updated before new processing begins.
